McGregor Removals Co provided a first class service from the first contact of enquiry to the final piece of furniture being placed in my new home. Gareth answered all my queries in a friendly professional manner and provided constant updates which gave me confidence in their service.
The removal guys, Gareth, David and Uel were brilliant! Nothing was too much trouble, they were hard working, friendly and totally professional.
I have a piano and a house that has very awkward access which worried me.
The lads managed it brilliantly.
They made what could have been a very stressful day so much easier.

First class Removals company
Faultless removals company. This was our first move in 20 years, McGregor removals were reassuring over the phone when booking and accommodated the fact the exact date was not confirmed. On the day of the move they arrived promptly and cleared our old home in a couple of hours, every item was securely stored. The team honestly took all the stress out of our move. If I ever move again I would certainly call on McGregor Removals first.

Outstanding
McGregor helped me with a move between Belfast and the UK on a couple of occasions. Both times I have received great service. Communication with them has always been straightforward and clear: they have always been happy to answer all the questions I had. They have been punctual, reliable, and very efficient. Everything arrived in perfect condition. I found their prices also very competitive. The employees who helped us with the last move went beyond what we expected from them, and their courtesy was without bounds: they disassembled and re-assembled a bed, which took a long time to do on both occasions. A Move Made Easy
McGregor Removals helped us move home on 24 January. Gareth was very enthusiastic and helpful in arranging the move. Gareth (different one!), David and Davy were the removal men on the day. They were very punctual, and took time to look through all the items being moved. They were pleasant and friendly. Working as a team, they worked speedily and carefully. We were very happy with how McGregor Removals dealt with our move and would highly recommend them.

Professional service
I would not hesitate to recommend this company to others. I actually phoned ‘last minute’ and Gareth went above and beyond to accommodate me. All the removal guys on the day were super friendly and professional. Was a very wet day but all the furniture arrived at our new home dry and unscathed! Made moving day a pleasure, to be honest. Would use this company in the future.

Fantastic team of people
Absolutely fantastic group of people. They moved me from England to Northern Ireland and to say it was a smooth transition would an understatement. I dealt with Gareth in the office and his communication skills are excellent - he kept in touch throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble for the team of guys. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

cheapest is not always the best
Unfortunately the cheapest is not always the best, due to the price I engaged a cheaper carrier and they turned up in a van to clear a large 4 bed, with a well stocked garage, the cheaper left move than they took, so one call to McGregor's and believe me they took all the stress out of the situation, the guys who came to my house would have taken anything and kept telling me not to stress as it was now under control, i cant thank McGregors enough

Great, friendly and professional service
Recently moved home and contacted McGregors. They arrived on time, completed a pre-pack check and packed van very efficiently. The guys were very friendly, professional and never stopped working. On arrival at New home they demonstrated the same traits and unpacked exactly were we wanted.
Everything arrived safe and sound including a very large fish tank. I was very impressed and would highly recommend this company.

Excellent Service
From beginning to end McGregor Removals made the moving experience as good as it could be. Gareth was understanding when events caused my removal date to be pushed on and accommodated the changes with the minimum of fuss. Philip, Neil and David were friendly and extremely efficient when they collected and delivered my property. Hard to believe how quickly they managed to complete the job. I can't fault McGregors and would happily recommend them to a friend.

Exceptional firm
We used McGregor Removals on Friday 18 March. The service we received was exceptional. The removal men arrived on time and started work immediately. Excellent experience - a zero stress move
McGregor Removals were both friendly and professional. They arrived promptly and worked very quickly to load and unload the furniture. They took extra care to ensure that fragile items (pictures etc.) and mattresses were properly stored for transport. We were very happy with the service and thought it was very good value! If we move again, we will be sure to use them

Professional, stress free moving
Van arrived on time, received a phone call 15 minutes prior to this advising me they were on their way. Polite and courteous movers, carefully moved and packed items into Van. Delicate items were placed in padded bags and secured again once inside Van. Initially I thought about hiring a van and moving my own stuff, so glad I didn’t. Watching these guys work showed me there is an art to packing/ moving. House was packed and unpacked in no time. Would highly recommend McGregors to anyone who is moving house, it’s a stressful time for anyone moving home, so remove one stressor and let McGregors help you move.

They handled our move from North Yorkshire to Northern Ireland. Everything about McGregor’s was first class. Gareth was easy to communicate with and was very flexible when our removal dates changed. The two young men who came to Yorkshire to collect our furniture and belongings were very professional and very well organised. Very efficient service and clean lorries the guys very friendly and helpful explained how they would do it and went about it worked really hard we had to wait on our keys till 3pm so it was a late finish for the guys .They covered the areas with sheets etc so no dirty marks etc . Would highly recommend their service if you want a hassle free move worth the money as we could never have managed without them . Thank you McGregor removals and your team .

From my booking until the collection and delivery, everything was smooth and easy. Gareth and Angela helped me book, and helped deal with any issues that arose at the late stages of my completion that caused delay on my side, with constant communication. When moving, the guys were professional and unbelievably quick, and so careful with all of my furniture. I would definitely say this was one of my best decisions when it came to moving home. Very impressive!

Best move ever
Have to say this company is amazing from start to finish , they make you feel like family constantly reassuring me everything would be ok . On moving day got a text early to say removal van was in route and it arrived exactly on time .The two removal men Terry and Philip were fantastic, my son was upset to be leaving and they both took him under their wing and cheered him up no end . Everything was done very professionally and have to say not one item was broke or damaged. I did the move with just my son and myself but with this company we didn’t need any help as they took care of everything. Would highly recommend this company as you will really be made to feel nothing is to much bother as they spent time getting my sons room exactly how he wanted it . Many thanks to you all.

Polite, Responsive, Flexible, Communicative.
From initial consultation to receipt of invoice I was kept advised every step of the way. Always polite, responsive and helpful, their high level of communication made the process much less stressful, leaving me secure in the knowledge that everything would be taken care of. Moving day went smoothly, the removal team were very efficient and their billing accurately reflected time incurred on the job. I would highly recommend McGregor Removals and will certainly use them again in the future...but hopefully that won't be for some time!

Incredible Service
We needed help moving our office space and McGregors couldn't have provided a better service not only did they deliver boxes, tissue and bubble wrap in good time before our scheduled move day but the move day itself couldn't have gone better. What should have been stressful day was not thanks to the helpful, friendly and careful staff of McGregors. After our great experience we actually had a staff member who was moving house a few weeks later and at the last minute needed some help after underestimating the move. We called McGregors who went out of their way and were only happy to assist and luckily were able to get a couple of staff members down in the afternoon to help. 100% would recommend to anyone even thinking of how they are going to move.

Brilliant Removal Company
McGregor removals moved us from Carrickfergus to Whitehead on the 20th of May. They were absolutely brilliant- so careful and caring regarding handling our property. The two guys who moved us were very friendly and accommodating- nothing was a bother and they barely stopped to draw breath. As this is a temporary move we will definitely be using them again on our return to Carrickfergus. We would highly recommend McGregor Removals.

So pleased
Couldn't recommend McGregor's enough. So pleased with the service from start to finish. Our furniture arrived safely this morning after being stored with them for past six months. The lads were helpful, friendly, arrived on time and got stuck in. I was also in awe of how tidy they were as they went along. The whole process was hassle free and much appreciated in the middle of the chaos that is moving house!

Professional throughout
McGregors moved our family of four a few miles up the road with lorry / 2 man crew. The office was accommodating and communicative, and the movers were very hardworking and careful throughout. The job was completed with no damage and in reasonable time. I would have no qualms about recommending them.

Can’t recommend highly enough!
After shopping around for quotes for a removal van, McGregors beat all quotes comfortably!I was absolutely delighted with the service they provided during a very stressful time. Uel & Damien arrived bang on time (if not slightly early which was a welcome sight), assessed the situation and got stuck in immediately. The care they provided was second to none ,covers were provided for my carpets and banister which protected the floors and my belongings&they didn’t stop to take a coffee or tea break despite numerous offers. I was exhausted watching U&D fly up and down our stairs. Time wise our move to the new house ran late and they stayed later on in the Friday evening to ensure we got settled in and rebuilt all my wardrobes ,cot and daughters bed. I really can’t recommend these guys enough & thanks to Chris in the office too during booking. We actually enjoyed our first night in our new home as the day has gone so smoothly and I really think that’s down to McGregors. Thanks guys ! Julie x

Slick moves.....
This company provides an excellent standard of care- they were flexible, professional, and calm throughout what is often a stressful experience. The guys dismantled and rebuilt furniture as well as plumbing in the white goods, all in exactly the right place. Would recommend them all day long.

House Move - Glengormley to Doagh
From the initial phone call to book McGregors I was given all the relevant information to feel confident to use this company. Once a date was confirmed it was followed by an email confirming all necessary details. On move day, they arrived on time (or just before) and the move went according to plan. I could not complain about any part of the process. All my furniture was packed neatly into the van and unpacked into the new house. This removed the normal stresses of moving. McGregors are professional, courteous and would highly recommend them. The cost of moving matched the service provided. Thank you very much Chris for everything. Hopefully I won’t be moving again but if so, I would definitely be using McGregors again and recommending them to friends/family. A five star rating for a five star service. Colin
